For pickups from the DTW Metro Detroit Airport, the driver and company will be tracking the flight. The driver will meet the passenger at the baggage claim and will be holding a name sign. The driver will also contact the passenger using the phone number given in the reservation, so it is the customers responsibility to turn on their cell phone as soon as they land. If there is any difficulty locating the driver, please call us for further assistance. 

For pickups from a house address to the DTW Metro Airport or to another address using our Black Car Service, the driver will contact the passenger using the number provided 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and will arrive 10 minutes early. It is the passengers responsibility to keep their phone on and monitor for any messages and phone calls from the driver. 

• All charges are non-refundable unless cancelled in a timely manner according to our policies below or at Metro Sedan Limo Cars discretion.
• Cancellation made 12 or more hours before the scheduled pick up time are without penalty. A cancellation made 3 to 12 hours before a scheduled pickup time are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. A cancellation made less than 3 hours or after scheduled pick up time is subject to a full fare and gratuity charges. 
• In regards to any Metro Airport Car Services provided by our company, all DTW Detroit Metro Airport pickups have a mandatory $10.00 fee imposed by the DTW Metro Airport. 
• For all Prepaid Pickups, 20% gratuity is automatically added on for ease of single payment unless otherwise specified by the client. 
• If you cannot locate your driver or are having trouble contacting the driver, do not leave the baggage claim without first contacting us at (734)-673-1031. Leaving the baggage claim without contacting Metro Sedan Limo Cars or leaving with another company is subject to the full fare charge in addition to the $10 Airport Fee without exceptions. 
• If over 3 passenger and 3 full luggage bags, an automatic charge of $30.00 will be added to accommodate.
• Hourly Service Rates: $99.99/Hour (Local Metro Detroit- 3 Hr. Minimum Required) 
• Stop Over Charges: $35.00 (Stop Over must be within regular route of the destination and not more than a 15 minute stop)
• Waiting Charges: $1/per minute. (15 minute grace period before waiting charges accrue)
• Car Seat: $20/per seat

• Metro Sedan Limo Cars is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on route to destination.
• Not responsible for delays and termination cause by natural hazards or en route interruptions such as but not limited to, unsalted roads, traffic, accidents, authorities of the Law, or any other event beyond our control. No claim may be brought against Metro Sedan Limo Cars or its employees in this regard. 
• The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the use by them and, if more than one person, member of their party. A mandatory fee of $200.00 for any damages other than normal wear and tear. A sanitation fee of $250.00 will be charged at the drivers discretion in the event of, and not limited to, vomit, urination, fecal matter, or excessive odor. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited in vehicles by law and any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate reservation at any point without refund for any reason. In the case of termination by the driver, if you have any further questions or complaints you can file them by calling our company phone number. Smoking, vaping and use of any electronic cigarette machine is not permitted in all of our Black Cars unless specifically allowed by the driver, given the car and the circumstances. The driver has the final say in all of these conditions. Smoking in any of Metro Airport Car Service vehicles will automatically add the sanitation fee to your charge. 
• For Pre-arranged pickups from an address to either the airport or another address, the driver will allow a grace period of 15 minutes before waiting charges start accruing. Waiting charges for Pre-arranged pickups is $1/minute with a maximum waiting time of 2 hours. The maximum waiting time is subject to change at the drivers discretion.
• We are not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
• All Balances that were not prepaid are required to be paid to the driver before the beginning of the trip. 
• Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
• Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
